MOZA Racing Club is an independent online storefront for sim racing hardware and accessories. Product names, logos, and trademarks such as MOZA and MOZA Racing are used only to identify the products offered on this website and remain the property of their respective owners. MOZA Racing Club is not affiliated with or endorsed by MOZA Racing, Gudsen, or any trademark owner unless that relationship is expressly stated in writing on this website.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, it must be handled as a return request under this policy.
Return window
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. To begin a return, email support@mozaracing.club with the order number, item name, reason for return, and photos when relevant.
Return condition
Returned items must be unused, unmodified, clean, and in new or like-new condition with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. We may decline a return if the item is damaged by misuse, missing required parts, altered, activated where activation changes resale condition, or returned without authorization.
Defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the item ordered, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We may request photos, video, serial numbers, packaging images, and troubleshooting steps before approving a replacement, repair, or refund.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect customer selection, or another personal reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the return is approved because of our shipping error or a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will provide return instructions and may cover reasonable return shipping.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing normally takes up to 10 business days after inspection, and the customer's bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Non-returnable situations
Returns may be refused for products outside the return window, products damaged by improper installation or use, missing accessories, altered serial numbers, unauthorized repair, abuse, water damage, fire damage, or signs of fraud.
